Performance Analysis and Optimization of Network-Assisted Full-Duplex Systems Under Low-Resolution ADCs

Network-assisted full-duplex (NAFD) distributed massive multiple-input–multiple-output (M-MIMO) enables the in-band with existing half-duplex devices at network level, which exceptionally improves spectral efficiency. This article analyzes impact of low-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on NAFD M-MIMO and designs an efficient bit allocation algorithm for ADCs. The beamforming training mechanism relieves heavy pilot overhead channel estimation, remarkably enhances system performance by guiding interference cancellation coherence detection. Furthermore, closed-form expressions energy efficiency ADCs are derived. multiobjective optimization problem is solved deep Q nondominated sorting genetic II. simulation results corroborate theoretical derivation verify effectiveness introducing in systems. Meanwhile, a set Pareto-optimal solutions ADC accuracy flexibly provide guidelines deploying practical system.
